Michelle L. Streich, Executive Vice President
Michelle has been instrumental throughout the First Capitol Group evolution. At any given moment she fills roles as chief financial officer, manager, broker, margin clerk, phone clerk, customer service rep or advertiser. She is motivated and dedicated to the First Capitol Group team and clientele.

Michelle grew up in the Twin City area working at the family restaurant and then attended the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her work experience includes banking special services, computer specialist with the State of Minnesota, and a former Big 8 accounting firm. Michelle has also served on several community boards and committees. Besides various volunteer projects, Michelle is an avid cyclist, tread mill junkie, skier, gardener, and happily married mother of three active daughters.
